Built for the Long Run. Fueled by Experience.
OWN YOUR ENDURANCE.
Let’s build a plan that honors your experience, strengthens your mindset,
and fuels your body with purpose. The clock doesn’t call the shots. You do.
Uncover what’s truly possible both on the trail and beyond.
You’re already out there running the long miles—committed, determined, and no stranger to hard work. But maybe you want more: deeper accountability, greater confidence, expert guidance to elevate your journey.
That’s exactly why I coach. As a certified Ultra Running and Nutrition coach, I work with athletes 45 and up who’ve earned their miles and are ready to write their new chapter. Because endurance isn’t just about pace—it’s about purpose, resilience, and redefining what age can mean. At Own Your Endurance, I don’t just coach—I walk beside you with heart, intention, and deep respect for your journey.
Drawing on science, personal experience, and the hard-won wisdom of countless miles, I’m with you every step of the way. Coaching with me goes beyond a training plan—it’s about cultivating mental strength, purposeful fueling, and creating structure that fits your life, not fights it. Together, we’ll push boundaries, reshape your story, and uncover what’s truly possible both on the trail and beyond.

Meet the Coach
For over 30 years, I’ve coached, raced, and lived the runner’s journey. I started running at age 13 with high school cross country, continued in college, and completed 15+ marathons across my 20s, 30s, and 40s—all while working full-time as an executive in the financial services industry, raising two children, navigating through life's messy middle, and coaching youth sports.
At 52, I laced up for my first ultra—and every mile since has affirmed what I now know deep in my bones: age is no barrier to running, growth, or achieving any dream you set your mind to.
